Answers:

  1. A ship cannot be rotated once it has been placed. It is removed to the ship picker instead.

    2. A ship can be rotated only if there is enough space to do this. If the ship would touch another one after the rotation then it will be removed to the ship picker. Try to place the ship in an area where is enough space, rotate it and then move it to the final destination.
